Transform the website from an informational showcase into a dynamic ecosystem platform — convenient for registration, submitting applications, working with the archive, and tracking news updates.
Solution
We rebuilt the site’s architecture around key user actions. Based on interviews with agencies and participants, focus groups, behavioral scenario analysis, and web analytics, we identified five priority user journeys. The new structure removed unnecessary layers and reduced the path to key actions to just one or two clicks.

Redesign of the award platform, focused on clearer user journeys and stronger support for key user actions.
We simplified the structure and navigation, strengthened CTAs, and built a clean modular system based on the new visual identity to speed up access to key pages and make interactions more transparent. Additional tools — favorites, PDF export, and a calculator — made planning easier and improved communication with decision-makers.

Process

The work was carried out in short sprints with UX, design, and development working in sync, allowing us to validate hypotheses quickly and implement changes fast. Using HTML, SCSS, TypeScript, WebGL, and GSAP ensured a high-performance, dynamic interface without unnecessary complexity.

Result
